  The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. We had a family emergency and had to leave early The hotel were very understanding ... vad folk säger » and did not hold us to the 4 night that we had booked. Thank You Chimo - Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!

  I like facilities, staff services on desk, room services. The parking facilities is also very good. My family like because there is a wave pool, hot tub and other rides. They enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay if I wish to visit Ottawa again. - Staff was very helpful and gave us plenty of information about what to do in Ottawa.   The accommodations were like a home away from home. The cleaning staff were very personable and cheerful as were front desk personnel. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. Delicious vegetarian options. Thank you for a lovely experience. - The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We felt very welcomed there.

  One of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Great beds and very spacious. I will stay again for a late arrival into Ottawa as the price was less yet a better hotel than the others that I have stayed at in the past. - very helpful staff, check in was quick!
