  * Trailer parking available and I could see it from my window * smoking and non smoking separated by a floor no smell in rooms residual in some hallways but nothing bothersome * breakfast ! Anything for breakfast for 69$ a night is great in my books don't expect a full buffet there is coffee bagels donuts muffins and orange juice .. We travel a lot and only use budget friendly options for its price class this ho - The cost was excellent, it was actually less than was quoted, which is always nice. They had a lot of channels for a hotel, that was good. Parking was close to the rooms and it looked like no matter where you were staying in the hotel, that would be the case. If people were making noise around us, we couldnt hear it, which is always nice.

  my husband and I visit Orillia often...and always stay at the Knights Inn....the management always treat us with respect and we always feel welcome....we get a sense that we are recognized and appreciated as regular visitors....we always have a quiet and restful stay...and look forward to the next stop in Orillia...and the next stay at the Knights... vad folk säger » Inn!!! - The room and facility was very clean and welcoming. The Personnel were very helpful! It was excellent and the price was very affordable. Extra pillows and plenty of towels was also wonderful.

  The pool and hot tub area is well maintained and spacious. The set up of the hotel allows you to park right outside your room, but you also have a door directly from your room and into the main building which makes it more convenient to get to the pool and game room. We did have a few issues with our room but I explained them all to the front desk at check out and she was very helpful and explained she would make sure our next stay was a lot better. But we did really enjoy our stay. It was our second time staying there and we will be back!

  Excellent location, near the Splash pool & lovely beach for kids. Close to town. Staff very nice. Room clean, updated and quiet. Bed very comfy. If all you need is a place to stay, with no bells & whistles. What more could you ask for? - It was clean and close to the casino.   Lets not kid ourselves, if you are looking at a motel for $45 a night you are not expecting Luxury accomodations! The King's was a great economy hotel. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and recieved prompt service. The rooms are tiny, but we were only there to sleep so it didn't bother us. Renovations or updated haven't happened in a while... vad folk säger » so expect the rose and hunter green decor. Again that was what we expected from a $45 motel. The room was very clean, the water very hot and the bed - It was close to Casino Rama. Also it was within walking distance to a grocery store, bank and the beer store! Nice and quiet in the back section. Beds were great and bathroom very clean.

  An undiscovered little gem of a place. Beautiful view - Million dollar view. Comfortable room with fab king sized bed and excellent sofa bed. Nice furniture. Great value. Good access to your car. Good balcony with great view and nice patio furniture. BBQ and fire pit available. Very friendly and accommodating owners. It was really warm when I got there but I had control of the heat so I could turn it down. The room is quiet. The bed is excellent and there are 2 very comfortable wing chairs and a table. . Everything that I need. In summer the balcony overlooking the lake is great.

  Great price,Friendly staff, Clean room. The location was good. It was close to restaurants and grocery store. Ihe small fridge-microwave was very convenient. Bed and pillow are very comfortable. Its great place to stay in Orilla in a budget hotel instead of franchise hotel.   The gentleman who checked us in was the owner. We checked in around 11:30 pm after attending the Earth, Wind & Fire concert ... although it was late, he was quite friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, had cable (flat screen) TV, toiletries, a microwave, a small fridge and even a small coffee maker. There was no problem with water... vad folk säger » pressure in the bathroom and the hot water didnt run out even though we took a shower close to check out time! We unfortunately left our Amex credit - We needed an overnight for an early doctor appt. and this place more than fit the bill. Bed was comfortable, clean, and room was pleasant and the right temperature. We were not expecting much for the price but were pleasantly surprized. Do not let appearances keep you away. The location was excellent and it fit the needs for our situation.
