  The location was perfect, just 2 short blocks from Queen Street, so close enough to walk, but far enough away from all the activity. It's also across the street from the Niagara River, so it was a very easy walk to the park and there were plenty of benches to view the water and catch the breeze. The Inn was beautiful and relaxing, with waterfalls ... vad folk säger » inside, and fountains and gorgeous flowers outside. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was terrific. The room was spotles - We went during the off season so special discounted rates were in effect. Otherwise we could have never experienced such a luxurious inn! The decor was beautiful, the staff was eager to make us feel special but humble at the same time, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the rose and weather report gifts were nice added touches.   The staff at the hotel and spa were outstanding. I have never received this level of service in my travels. They went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was enjoyable. We arrived late due to stormy weather. After getting checked in we went to the restaurant for snacks and drinks. They told us they normally close a few hours ago but they kept the kitchen and bar open for us and w - The staff at the hotel were excellent - they were super-friendly and very accommodating. I also loved that the hotel had bikes available for hotel guests for a very reasonable rate. I also really liked that the hotel had dvds available to guests to watch movies in their rooms at no additional charge. My partner and I had the continental breakfast on the first morning, which the kitchen staff put on a tray for us so that we could have breakfast in our rooms. The breakfast was very good - great c
