  The owners of this hotel are very friendly, always ready to help you out. I have a few problems with my car, the owner of this hotel took his own time and had travel with me in Montreal to find a garage to repair my car. At $200 for 3 nights- we got two large size queen beds, breakfast in bed and simple, yet clean rooms. We were not looking for luxury or a 100 channels on TV, so that was not a criteria. The rooms were well heated and the water in the bathrooms was hot. It was very centrally located- walking distance from all major shopping and sightseeing spots. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a budget hotel in Montreal which is clean, warm, comfortab

  Warm and professional welcome at the front desk. We had booked a room with a shared bath and thought that the accommodations for the price were very fair - the room was small, sparse, but clean; bathrooms were close, roomy and tidy. The room was very warm but we were - I was traveling with my friend and found out about this hotel in perfect location and for a very good price. Quality and price at its best. Room was very clean, you can adjust heat yourself, free wifi.. Staff was really helpful, advised us what should we see during our stay so it saved our time. I would strongly recommend to stay at this hotel because of great experience. As mentioned before- location is just perfect, everything can be reached by walking distance or metro if needed.   The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming with all guests. The hotel was clean and rooms were tidy. The hotel is on a side street so there wasn't as much noise at night compared to a main road which was nice.
