  I recently stayed here for 1 week while attending a conference. The hotel was an amazing place to stay that is within walking distance to shops, conference centre, metro and old Montreal. I have never come across such helpful, thoughtful and kind staff anywhere else in the world (I lost my passport) The room I had was modern and spotless, the bed ... vad folk säger » was comfortable, air con worked a treat. There was a bit of street noise on Friday and Saturday night but my 3 colleagues who had other rooms said the - Main guy in reception was very knowledgeable about the city, where to go and what to do. Room was perfect for what we wanted, we only found out when we were checking out that we were put in a room they usually give to single travellers but it was more than ample for us.

We had booked a room with a shared bath and thought that the accommodations for the price were very fair - the room was small, sparse, but clean; bathrooms were close, roomy and tidy. The room was very warm but we were - I was traveling with my friend and found out about this hotel in perfect location and for a very good price. Quality and price at its best. Room was very clean, you can adjust heat yourself, free wifi.. Staff was really helpful, advised us what should we see during our stay so it saved our time. I would strongly recommend to stay at this hotel because of great experience. As mentioned before- location is just perfect, everything can be reached by walking distance or metro if needed.   The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming with all guests. The hotel was clean and rooms were tidy. The hotel is on a side street so there wasn't as much noise at night compared to a main road which was nice.   Love the location. The fact that is so quiet and could get a good night sleep. Love the beds and pillows The Wi-Fi actually works! Although we didn't take advantage this time, we really love having the option of breakfast in the morning (we will take advantage next time). We love the staff, very welcoming, professional, helpful and friendly - The hotel is a Victorian house and so had the more personal touch, the service was excellent and the location was very central to shopping etc. There was air conditioning available so we could adjust the room temperature accordingly.
