  I enjoyed the pool and way it was set up., particularly as it was divided into in essence a shallow and deep pool. Very good for young children. The hot tub was also a great addition. While the water was warm. I liked the fact that you had two internet connected computers easily accessible. The ad for pizza & drinks for $16.00 was a good ... vad folk säger » idea. Newspaper was nice - Steven at the front desk was VERY helpful. He set up our internet in the room on the laptop. He was very busy helping other people as well. A very good employee. Very informative also. Like the hot tub. Love the location. Walked around the market

  The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable. The beds and pillows are the best. - The bed was comfortable... vad folk säger » . It was nice having the mall attached. You could not hear anything outside the room (traffic, kids, etc.) Skating on the canal was great! There were lots of choices to eat very close.

  I appreciated the warm welcome at the reception. I was in the Gold Lounge and had some excellent facilities like wifi, breakfast, books and newspapers. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very courteous. I needed a specific type of tea which was supplied immediately. The every one of the staff members were incredibly friendly, the valet, front desk, even the janitor! The location is amazing. You're right downtown Ottawa, parliament hill is right next door, the byward market is a 2 minute walk away and you're also right by the rideau mall and numerous museums.

  The room was quite comfortable and clean. It was perfect having the desk space as I could set up and work there during the evening. The couch was perfect for watching TV rather than having to sit/lie on the bed. The location was perfect -- halfway between my son's apartment (university student) and the Byward Market. The staff were very friendly ... vad folk säger » and always eager to help. Overall, great value for the money!!! - The hotel is "hidden from view" as it were. It is a bit out of the way (and close to a somewhat run down area), yet in reality, super-close to everything that matters in downtown Ottawa, and easy access to transportation. So, lesser known which gives it a good price for an excellent location. And rooms spacious for the size. Young staff very helpful and polite.

  Staff were exceptionally helpful and always cheerful (including the cleaning staff!). Great location, comfortable and clean room, free parking. This particular Days Inn is as good as a 2- or 3-star hotel can be. - Day clerk very helpful.

  The first time I booked indigo was a random pick, it was a really luck pick! I was very impressed about the room design, young and modern look. The rooms have wood floors rather than dirty carpet, I guess that's the main reason I love this hotel. The wall paper design is catchy and with large nature pic.   The hotel absolutely accommodated my somewhat specific requests about not having a room close to elevator, ice machine, not having an adjoining room and otherwise potentially noisy areas.   It's centric. My room and my bed were big. Good/affordable meals. - The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Pierre who was working the front desk on Dec 31st and Jan 1st he was outstanding in his customer service. Our interaction with Pierre made the trip memorable.

  Our room rate was $111 plus tax. It was a suite with lots of space. A kitchenette fully stocked with necessary dishes, utensils, pots pans, full size refrigerator, microwave. Living room had a flat screen tv. Bedroom was quiet and insulated from other rooms. Bath was modern. Wifi is free, as are local calls. They have a pool and sauna. Dozens of restaurant - The Cartier Place is a wonderful hotel. Centrally located to many of the attractions. One feature that we enjoyed was the kitchenette. Helped save us a little money by cooking breakfast in the morning so we were not rushed to get out of the hotel in the mornings to find something to eat.
