  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  Good location. We did some hikes in the area with the trailhead s only 10 minutes driving away. Very quiet. Perfect for star gazing and night photography. Very clean. The lodge was very cozy. Not too far from Lake Louise. We had a fantastic stay, breakfast can improve my egg tasted and smelled like fish oil, but dinner was good, staff helpful and friendly.

  This was a totally enjoyable experience for my new wife and I. Our room was rustic, romantic and totally comfortable. The grounds were natural and inviting. Enjoyed our morning coffees on the log swing by the creek bed.The restaurant featured excellent service, cuisine and ambiance.   Check-in was efficient, and the staff were very friendly. I liked the fridge and coffee maker. In addition, having an hair dryer and bathroom accessories were a nice touch. A microwave in all rooms would be appreciated. Rooms are a good size and well equipped. We had a great stay, and a fabulous stay. Thank you!   I can say that It is an authentic hotel fairmont network. The location (Lake Louise) is amazing. Very special place, a natural beauty unmatched. The room is prety good, with king superconfortavel bed. The hotel staff are super attentive, impeccable service. The food is very good, with great variety. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.   This was a great 2-night stay. With a short walking distance to Lake Luise and less hustle/bustle and cost compared to Fairmont Chateau it was a wonderful booking. Dinner, breakfast and staffing were tops. Food was well prepared from quality local ingredients. The common areas (dining, great room, breakfast "nook", day room) were all in wooden lodge style. These areas were always quiet and comfortable ( - The King Room was largish, comfortable with mountain view. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent choices of quality food in restaurant. A spacious main lounge with log fire, a piano room and card room were furnished with carefully chosen items to suite this pleasantly dated accommodation. All of this within a short stroll to Lake Louise. Our three nights was not enough in this wonderful landscape

  How friendly everyone was apart from one guy who didn't really seem to want to be there in the restaurant. The lodge is beautiful and has a fantastic atmosphere - It`s right in the middle of the mountains, so it`s very convenient for winter sports. It`s very convenient year round if you are an outdoor lover.

  The design of this accommodation was great. We travelled with an adult child and his partner so the bedrooms separated by bathroom and kitchen area was ideal. Everything required was supplied and included some cereal and energy bars. A nice touch was brewed coffee supplied in the office area each morning. - Beautiful setting; friendly, helpful ... vad folk säger » staff;. We stayed in the lodge on 2nd floor. Lovely view from balcony. Separate bedroom, kitchen, coich, fireplace. We loved it and highly recommend it. 2 minute drive to Lake Louise. Stayed 2 nights but next time plan to stay a week.

  Of course, I loved the view, but most importantly, the free canoe ride that you could take at your leisure. The two hour hiking tour was fabulous because of the knowledgeable guide. There are only 9 guest rooms in the main lodge, so book early. The cabins are nice, but we enjoyed the lodge and deck! Also, the free breakfast was delicious and co... vad folk säger » zy. It is one of the most memorable views that I'll remember for a lifetime during our visit to Canada! - Loved the opportunity to stay at your lodge, no tv, no internet, no phone and two glasses of wine next to a beautiful fireplace. So relaxing, we went to the lake Louise hotel and were amazed at how commercialized it was. So happy we stayed at moraine lake instead. It was a bit on the expensive side. We would be more eager to come back sooner if there were some incentives. At this point we are not.planning another trip due to.the cost.

  The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing.
