  The couple who own this are the kindest people and make you feel at home and like you are part of their family. The breaksfast were wonderful with great conversation , a great start to your day.   This has to rank as one of the best B&B's we have stayed in, including outside of Canada and was exactly as pictured on the website. We were welcomed by our very genial host upon arrival. The accommodations were extremely well appointed and of a high standard. There was a very tasty range of breakfast options - Sid the owner made us feel very welcome and upgraded us to the Jacuzzi suite on arrival. The room was lovely and so relaxing with our own private balcony. We stayed a couple of nights to see the sights of Kelowna town which was very nice and within a 10 minute drive from the B&B. Sid recommended a good restaurant for an evening meal, Raudds which was very nice. The breakfast which Sid cooked was amazing, lots of fresh coffee, pastries and the eggs benedict was superb!   I stayed on the 9th floor, a club floor, and I had asked for a "clean clean room", please! And it was...really clean and newly renovated, great design, very comfortable, wonderful view, and it was my fault that I didn't use the lounge for my complimentary continental breakfast! Oh, and the staff were outstandingly helpful and friendly. The desk clerk (Brad) - I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

  I liked the the place the second i walked in the door and was greeted with warmth and humor. Uceria, at the front desk is awesome!!!!   I loved the bed and linens! Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and kettle. Loved that I could go out on the large balcony and there was seating and a table. Also was happy that I could smoke on the balcony.   Excellent location, walking distance to a variety of stores -Urban Fare and Save-On Foods, Starbucks; 5 minute walk to a well groomed beach that has wheel chair access into the water, children's playground area, and picnic tables with grass area. Tables and chairs on the terrace outside our room were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the huge outdoor pool. There was also a hot tub and an indoor pool which we did not use.

I liked the WIFI. the pool was great but a small childs pool would be nice for little ones. - The apartment had everything you could think of or everything you needed. The view of the lake was great.   We couldn't have had a more comfortable stay. First we were upgraded to a larger room with kitchen and bathroom for disabled guests. Super clean and inviting. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the continental breakfast was adequate although rather pre-packaged, which surprised me since it is a very eco-friendly hotel in every other aspect. - ... vad folk säger » When we had a problem it was resolved quickly. Our air conditioning stopped working and without question, Patrick, the desk clerk was at our room to see what he could do for us. It required maintenance so he had keys to the suit next to ours in hand and moved us immediately. We were most impressed and thankful.
