  Although I had a letsbookhotel.com reservation number the hotel did not have it upon check-in. Fortunately, there were plenty of rooms available and I was given a free upgrade. Even though the restaurant was empty my prime rib arrived cold. I sent it back to be heated up and it came back lukewarm and without the garlic mashed potatoes that went ba... vad folk säger » ck for reheating also. I gave up at that point and took the prime rib home in a doggy bag (at $22) for my dog. I will stick to the bar food next time. - The staff where exception. We only stayed there because we were visiting Buffalo for the day with friends. Now we will return for another 2 days because we are visiting nol with family. It is cheaper & quieter in Fort Erie
