  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go. It was so nice to be able to have a good nights sleep, get up and walk to my appt and not gave to worry about parking. The staff was excellent. The room was clean.

The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... vad folk säger » staff were helpful and friendly.   I like the ambiance it's very accommodating from staff down to the facilities that the hostel offered. I like the room it's nice and clean and also the bathroom it was well maintained. The kitchen is nice and also the living room. I like the location also it is accessible to any shops, resta - I'm in my 40's and have never stayed at a hostel. Honestly thought I would "have to make the best of it" but wanted to try a new experience. Staff were very helpful and I met tons of friendly folks to chat and spend the evening with. I would actually chose this option in the future vs. Staying in a hotel if I'm by myself. Next time I'd bring along a bottle of wine to share in the common room! Great experience! :)

  The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... vad folk säger » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.
