  The staff were very helpful, although letsbookhotel.com messed up on our reservation, so when we arrived there was no room for us that allowed pets. The staff actually asked others to move so we could stay there with our dog. Hotel was clean, and room service was great. Perfect location at a decent price. - We have been staying here for more than... vad folk säger » 20 years. It is our home away from home. The motel has earned House Keeping awards for many years in a row. Many barbeques available for year round use. Nice picnic and play ground area. One person Swiss owner who is not out to price gouge.

  It was just myself and my daughter, so the room was excellent, the price was awesome, the bed was out of this world, GREAT sleep. We didn't spend a whole of time in the room because the weather cooperated and we were outside all day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, accommodating. It was the best trip with my teenage daughter in a very long time. - Si could not apply my points because it was booked through letsbookhotel.com.. Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a nightmare!! I had to tell quite a few of them to stop doing things due to amount of young children around! The pool should be monitored when they have sport teams

  The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Nonetheless, the upgrade was awesome. My husband and I were really impressed with the lighting made available for reading in bed as there were lights... vad folk säger » both beside and above each of us. Thank you for the very comfortable, pleasant experience. - The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace and the heating system worked very well. The breakfast was adequate. The first morning the front office staff was very quick to replenish supplies that had run out for the breakfast.

  Excellent value for money. This is the first hotel between Calgary and Banff, and only 10 minutes from the park gate. Facilities are simple but perfectly adequate, if all you need is a comfortable place to sleep. - Just minutes away from Canmore and the Banff Park gate. Great area to stay before heading back to Calgary and the airport.
