The staff were very helpful, although letsbookhotel.com messed up on our
reservation, so when we arrived there was no room for us that allowed
pets. The staff actually asked others to move so we could stay there
with our dog.

Stayed in many motels and have low expectation usually due to low price point. This motel was shockingly nice. Other than it being laid out like a motel it likely could have been 3 star hotel. I don't ask for much other than quiet room, clean and comfortable. This was great stay. Very friendly staff too.

Our room had a balcony which looked out to snow covered mountains. The beds were soft and room had a fridge and microwave. The lounge downstairs with an open fire, comfortable lounge chairs, along with free tea and coffee was a great place to meet fellow travellers. The breakfast which was included was quite good. -

Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they
should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in
the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a
nightmare!! I had to tell quite a few of them to stop doing things due
to amount of young children around! The pool should be monitored when
they have sport teams
