  I thought it was a beautiful modern resort. The on site pool and hot tubs were really nice. The units were a bit small but did meet our needs for the short time we stayed. The kitchen could use a good frypan as well as a potatoe masher however we managed.The resort is in a great location and is just a minutes from Banff.. Great shower in the one bedroom suite. Nice to have underground parking. King bed was very comfortable, and enjoyed having the fireplace and balcony. We really enjoyed our stay.

  The outside hot tub, the kids loved it after a long day of travelling. The quiet in the room. When the window was closed we didn't hear the trains at all.   It was just myself and my daughter, so the room was excellent, the price was awesome, the bed was out of this world, GREAT sleep. We didn't spend a whole of time in the room because the weather cooperated and we were outside all day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, accommodating. It was the best trip with my teenage daughter in a very long time. - Si could not apply my points because it was booked through letsbookhotel.com.. Should somehow inform us when they have sport teams using rooms...they should put them all on first floor and in one area...running, yelling in the halls and they were not monitored in the pool area...and it was a nightmare!! I had to tell quite a few of them to stop doing things due to amount of young children around! The pool should be monitored when they have sport teams

  We stayed there one night during our rocky trip. Hotel was located in Canmore which is about 15-20km away from Downtown Banff. The staff was really nice and check in was very fast. The room we got had a beautiful mountain view. It was very relaxing and nice after a long day drive/tour.   We were very happy with our 1bdrm executive suite and with the pleasant attitudes we received from all of the staff. Absolutely great value for our money especially in comparison to accomadations in Banff. Hot tub and heated pool were great although the pool was a bit too cool for our blood and was covered for majority of our trip to save on heat... vad folk säger » ing since we were there mid week and not many people around (which was also really nice ..) the hotel put up signs saying they'd gladly take the cover - A very nice resort. The 2 bedroom suite was large and spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable and staff were excellent and accommodating to our requests. We also had a private balcony with BBQ. The resort was still recovering from the recent floods and was under repair but this did not stop them from maintaining a postiive attitude and providing excellent customer service. Overall our stay at StoneRidge was excellent and I highly recommend them.

  Spent 2 very enjoyable nights there recently with our friends from Australia. It was comforting to come back to such nice rooms after spending the days out exploring Banff, Lake Louise and the Columbia Icefields. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was large with large bedrooms. The kitchen was fully furnished and the kitchen stuff were all of a great quality. The balcony was great and there was a nice grill inside the balcony. The airconditioners were working great. I'm sure this place is one of the best places to stay in Canmore.

  I absolutely loved everything about this hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent value for the price.   The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. Nonetheless, the upgrade was awesome. Thank you for the very comfortable, pleasant experience. - The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the fireplace and the heating system worked very well. The breakfast was adequate. The first morning the front office staff was very quick to replenish supplies that had run out for the breakfast.

  Great place to stay. Clean and tidy although the apartment did need a good dust around stair railings and skirting boards. We booked a two bedroom apartment it would have been nice to have enough shampoo etc. instead of one bottle to share. - The accommodation was well suited to our requirements. It was easy to located. We would go back.

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.

  Breakfast is included which is really great! The breakfast changed a little each day, so sometimes you got pancakes and other times there was waffles or french toast. The restaurant staff were incredibly patient with all the young families around. It was so nice to be able to sleep in and have a hot brunch without having to pull out the wallet. Gr... vad folk säger » eat value! Our room had a great big bathroom! This was really great! We had a standing shower, and a tub, and a big vanity. Our room had a huge wide - The management was so nice. When we had to stay an extra night due to an unexpected state of emergency in the area, they reduce the room rate to half. This was amazingly sensitive at a time that was difficult for the town and tourists, Wonderful town to visit and we had a chance to walk on trails from the lodging to town once conditions improved. Everyone was very considerate under stressful circumstances. Very commendable for a business overall.
