The room was lovely and spacious, with lots of room for our family of six. Fully stocked kitchen so we could easily make our own meals. The entire resort for was very clean and we appreciated that there were lots of windows which opened and the washer/dryer was handy to dry our wet ski gear. Gorgeous views. I was really impressed with the courteousness and conscientiousness of our booking agent, Amanda (from Canadian Resorts). She phoned to let us know the pool wasn't working and to warn us the.
alla recensioner » Amazing room. Everything you need is provided, full kitchen. Two bathrooms stunning shower in master bedroom. Great view from living room. Fireplace, dvd plater with numerous dvd's. Great pool and hot tub. Underground parking. Nice exercise room. Great location, facility was very quite and really allowed s to enjot our surroundings and relax. Will definitely stay there again. The staff called numerous times ahead of time to make sure that we didn't mind that pool closed , which we really appreciated . The booking staff was more than helpful. Upon arrival, after the excellent directions given us, we found the suite to be top notch.. Clean and updated, and quite lovely and spacious. NO complaints! Thank you !. The unit had an awesome view, was well appointed, upscale, and was very quiet. Loved the solitude and serenity of the location. No kids running about, no sirens, trains, or traffic. Just what you want from a sojourn in the mountains. We stayed at the end of May, so it wasn't busy and that may have contributed to the quiet. Pretty much everything - underground parking, pool, hot tub, fireplace, comfy condo. Best surprise was that our unit 284 had nothing behind it but trees & mountain. Absolutely gorgeous & we had a wonderful weekend with our friends. We come every year & will book this condo again. The moment we stepped in, we liked everything...the privacy, the pool, gym, sauna. My daughter was surprised how I found such a beautiful place considering that I am new to Canada. We are looking forward to another stay someday....hopefully, longer. One weekend is not enough. We absolutely loved our stay in this condo so relaxing beutifully furnished great kitchen lovely fireplace breath taking scenery.This was the best accomodation we booked out of all the places we stayed on our 3wk holiday from Australia. Would highly recommend. I liked the easy access of the parking garage and rooms. I enjoyed not having to carry around a plastic key card. I liked that it was like an apartment and was able to cook my own meals. Loved the master bedroom suite. The pools and hot tubs were excellent. We absolutely love Canmore and feel the same about the Platinum Inn and Suites. It is family friendly and perfect for a mini vacation with our two young children. Although the pool is a little small it is the perfect temperature to use rain or shine!. Just outside of banff...canmore very convenient. Top end accommadations nestled in a quiet and private location with mountain views. Close enough to all ammenities but at the same time far enough away to have some serious rest and relaxation time. The suite was clean and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great...and such a beautiful setting! Amanda who looked after our booking for West Canadian Reservations was excellent and the lock box system for check-in worked brilliantly. Everything was great. Very nice condo units, with everything you will need. Perfect for a family or 2 couples. Very nice panoramic views and cosy living rooms. Location was ok, 30 mins to Sunshine Village and about 1 hour to Lake Luise. Our condo was beautiful and comfortable and heated outdoo pool and outdoor hot tub were great. We also really appreciated having the underground parking. Location was beautiful and serene but it is a five minute drive to town. It was a beautiful spacious suite and the location was great. We were travelling with family, so was perfect for 2 couples and still have lots of privacy. The pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. We loved everything about our unit! The setup worked great as we were staying with another family. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms. Kids loved the window seats and the decor was beautiful!. Great business model to run it apartment style. Makes it way easier than having to check in and get room service every day. Very spacious beautiful rooms and booking service was exceptional. Very clean, and quite place!. There wasn't anything we didn't like - the only slight negative was that the resort wasn't closer to the centre of Canmore. We walked there several times but it did take some time. Some people would find this a positive thing, I expect. We would definitely bring our bikes next time, as the resort is well-connected to Canmore's trail system. The only potential problem is there is no onsite representative from Pltatinum Suites to answer questions but that did not prove to be a problem at all as they provided comprehensive info in the suite and have excellent communication prior to our arrival. I liked everything. Check in was a breeze. The booking agent was very accommodating and flexible. The bedrooms get quite cold but if you leave the heat up the living area gets way too warm, but the tile areas are also freezing on the feet. Solved it with extra blankets & bought slippers for everyone :). Had minor problems w/ shower head in the master's bedroom & leaking pipe to water closet but it was immediately addressed by Carol (after leaving a message on the # written on the guest book. Wished there was an all hours hot tub and sauna. Would have liked privacy curtains in the living room. The only thing missing is a bbq, would have been handy to have one on our balcony. Check out time early at 10am. I did not like that we had to clean the suite and kitchen before we leave. For the money we paid they could include at least one room service. Also there was no wifi!. We didn't like that we were expected to clean our condo prior to leaving and were not advised of this prior to booking and would expect cleaning services when paying $200+ a night for a hotel that has no front desk or staff. We wanted to extend our stay but couldn't reach anyone until it was past check out time. nothing. The only problem we had was getting a wireless connection, not a strong enough signal. Minor problem though, and really didn't need it. The heating systeme is noisy. The wifi didn't t work properly and we had to go in the corridor to get it. The staff was not very helpful, except Carol who is for sure the most adorable and helpful person there. Thanks Carol!. Had a few issues with the range, but after a few calls this was sorted. Nothing. Everything was A1. The pool was being maintained and couldn't be used. Nothing. the only thing to suggest would be a vending machine for pop. this could be near the gym but would give you the option should you need it. N/a. 1. would have liked extra towels - one set per guest/day. also, pool towels would be greatly appreciated. 2. televisions need to be updated!!!! 3. need to supply kitchen linens. The key box was difficult to get into as we couldn't see the numbers! Would have been nice to have a dishwasher tablet for each day and more than 6 place settings to facilitate breakfast and supper. 1) Wifi could be better 2) It would help to either just call it Grand Canadian or have a signboard with Platinum Suites - inspite of the excellent directions, we had some difficulty in finally locating the resort. Would be nice if pool was open a little later. The only problem we encountered was the slow draining shower. It got almost ankle deep before the shower ended. (Master bath). N/A. Wireless Wi-Fi didn't work that well. The front desk was only staffed between 8-5pm only and "could not" help us with basic questions because we did not book directly through them rather thru the pvt. Owner of the condo (letsbookhotel.com ). nothing. Couldn't find anybody to talk to for towel replacement. Not a big deal. ;). Transport I formation not enough.
