I liked the layout of the room. The room was clean. I liked the bed. It was just right - not too firm, not too soft. I liked that there wasn't an old bedspread on top. I liked the continental breakfast downstairs. I liked how clean the area was and the simple choices. The coffee was really good. I liked the airport shuttle service and the elderly

We only stayed at this hotel for only a few hours (arrived late and had to take an early flight the next morning) for a flight connection. The only front staff that was working at that time was extremely friendly and helpful. The 5:30 AM continental breakfast and courtesy shuttle to the airport were much appreciated.

We left hotel at 530 a.m.
Wake up call happened as planned, taxi on time ordered by staff and coffee in room and muffins available to take on road -
Location is close to Butchart and easy from Sidney and Ferry if you have
a car. This is the reason why we selected this place.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great for someone
with allergies, because there is no carpet, only nice flooring. Lots of
room for a large family, we had kids and grand kids with us! Kitchen
area and full size fridge was very helpful. One story units made it nice

about halfway between Sidney and Victoria. Lots of fans, to keep cool in
the warm weather. Interior was newly renovated. Full size table was
great -
Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had reserved a suite and got more than expected: three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room. We were three adults, one 9 year old and one thirteen year old, so it worked well for us. It is an easy 15 min. out of the city of Victoria, with a grocery 2 min. away, so was convenient for us. Good place for a multiple night stay. Highly recommend it.
