We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). Detta hotell i Toronto har ett utmärkt läge vid motorväg 401 och erbjuder rum med gratis WiFi. Köpcentret Yorkdale Mall ligger på andra sidan gatan. Hotellet renoverades i april 2015.

Everything was neat and del arranged and the beds swallowed me whole. They were great!

While the room the initially put me in was on a floor with multiple hockey teams (Ages 8-12), when I asked to be moved to a quieter room they were quick to do so and very gracious about it. The new room was super quiet and very nice indeed...Made all the difference in my perception of the hotel. Liked it very much and would stay again. Also proximity to subway and Yorkdale mall a bonus.

It's a beautiful building and the view of the forest behind was lovely. The bed was very comfy and it was very quiet which I liked.
Staff were also attentive.
