  The room was very spacious clean and new We had a suite with 2 bedroom and a kitchen and common area. There was pretty nice breakfast.   The desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The VIP restaurant was fine. She still took the time to offer the phone number for a cab company, give us walking directions to the coliseum (we were in town for a concert) and help us find a restaurant after she let us know the one we planned on going to was in the opposite direction of the concert.   Great value for 60$/night comparing to other places around. There was a fridge and a microwave in my room, which was a nice surprise as these were not mentioned in the description. The bathroom looked new as well as many other things - they probably made a renovation recently. About 10 minute drive from McMaster University and Hamilton City. Judging by the number of - the quiet night I had , and the birds chirping in the morning! I liked that the owner was very hospitable and carried in my bags, he made sure everything was good for me before I rented the room, I got an early room check and liked it, then signed up! He also accommodated all my needs, nice personality.
