  Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. When we arrived our letsbookhotel.com reservation was not in their system, but they quickly made up for that.   This is a hotel we have always enjoyed. The location next to Whitemud Freeway and on the Gateway Blvd means access to Edmonton in minutes.The hotel has an ambience that is relaxed yet formal enough. Excellent staff and service.
