  This hotel provides a peaceful relaxing haven on Sunny Beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms and toiletries excellent. The staff are quietly accommodating, without being over bearing. Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager is constantly walking around the hotel, and greets everyone and ensures everything is ok. The gym is well equi - everything was wonderful. Staff is well trained. Hospitality is the word that define the hotel. Security is a very good idea for that kind of resort.

  Food was diverse and the atmosphere was very good. During the 5 days we had a Bulgarian traditional evening with music and dance and another international cuisine evening. The chef was always attentive with the people and with the hygiene. The animation team was also trying to engage people with different games and activities.   Very good service from the staff. We got champagne, fruit and cake from the hotel when my boyfriend was celebrating his birthday. The animation team was fabilous! - I liked very much the pool area. The food was good.

  The staff was very friendly, they didn't know english that good but they did their best to answer any questions The rooms were great The hotel was very close to the beach. The food wasn't so veried but very tasty - We liked the fact that the hotel was close to the beach and to the center of Sunny Beach.

  We stayed in self-service apartments, so cannot really comment on the food or cleaning service, but we really loved the whole complex. Seemed like the best hotel around the centre. The location is excellent, just between the main shopping and party area and the beach.
