  Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. If you are traveling - The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. There was no milk on the table; so I helped myself with the milk that goes with the cornflakes. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...

  I live in Johannesburg and travel a lot around the world. I was very impressed about the hotel and especially the atmosphere there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In general I am very picky about the breakfast, but the hotel totally met my criteria with a variety of hot dishes and especially selection of cheeses.
