Opened in February 2013 and located close to the intersection with Bulgaria boulevard, Earth & People Hotel & SPA provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, an indoor pool and a fitness. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area, and a minibar. Some rooms have a balcony providing views of the mountain. The private bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower. Treat yourself with European cuisine at the garden-restaurant with panoramic views or with a drink at the lobby bar. Breakfast is also available. On-site wellness facilities, which come at an additional cost, include a Finnish, infrared and herbal sauna, a hot tub, a Kneipp path, contrast showers, a steam and a Turkish bath and a vitamin bar. We stayed at this hotel for one night only. Hospitality is a good word to describe it. The personal is very polite and helpful. It is very good for transit because it is located on the Sofia's south ring, closer to the motorway. It was very easy to find the hotel with a GPS but using the coordinates not the address. The SPA is very good and very clean, we used only the pool and the jacuzzy. You are allowed in the pool with a swimming cap only. The restaurant is also very good, we had a good an.
alla recensioner » The hotel is brand new and the rooms are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurant is really good and the prices are reasonable - not more expensive than a restaurant in the centre of the city. The breakfast is made to order and there is lot to chose from. There is also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna... They were all included in the rate of the room which makes this hotel great value for money. There is also a free underground parking. I strongly recommend the ho. Great new hotel, with very nice and bright design. I absolutely love it. The value of money is more than expected. The staff is very friendly and polite. They provide a personal shuttle bus to every point of the city (I used it for the transfers and once to get to the city center). I would recommend the restaurant on the top to everyone who like the Mediterranean cuisine. From there the view is breathless. Also, I liked a lot the spa, but didn't manage to use it. I really recommended the compl. Hotel is new and up-to-date. Big and clean rooms. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Very good and rich breakfast! Location is is not a problem because there is a shuttle that can go you to city center twice a day and it is free of charge but only in one way to center. If you want to return there is a charge of 10 leva or 5 euros. Also in 1 km there is the Bulgaria mall where you can shop and eat. The room was excellent. Both bedroom and bathroom were spacious, very clean and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel actually goes that extra mile that makes the difference between very good and perfect. It paid attention to the little things that matter to a traveler. Also the spa that was included at the price was really nice. It was proven an excellent choice. We loved it! Pleasant restaurant, with a good (included) buffet breakfast. Indoor swimming pool and the fitness center is included in the price, SPA is charged extra, but it's not expensive. They took us with their own minibus in City Center to have dinner an they also come to pick us back to the hotel(10 euro for one way, but we were 8 people). they have their own parking and is free of charge. Best hotel in Sofia new and good i travel every week in Sofia and i find my hotel ever !! cheap and very good for the money you pay i stay allot on fashion hotel but this is more value for the money 10 times better. A fairly new hotel and not quite finished yet. Location not perfect as there is no where to go for a walk. Shops and restaurants 5 minutes or so by taxi. The position is really cast away, far from the city centre and from any kind of nightlife. I was there for business so that was really not a problem for me, but if you go there for tourism just take this into account (taxi are cheap anyway in Sofia and the hotel has a shuttle service for which they do not charge excessively). A little bit difficult to find the hotel because on the front of it they write the name in their own language. You have to take care when you came on Sofia's ring to a green building, then maybe you will not miss the entrance. Nothing to dislike, a most agreeable place indeed !. The managers in reception need to understand their clients come first and not speak to their staff when we are waiting for example plus a little smile and a bit of eye contact would do. Hard to find and pool close too early anyway this is my hotel from now on. Location. Spa and fitness territory opens at 9:30 and closes 20:30. Nothing just maybe far from center but we were by car, so it didn't matter. Spa closed too early (20,30), it should stay open till 22,00 as several business travellers arrives late. All of the marketed facilities are charged. Even the name of the hotel is still with Cyrillic alphabet (Russian Letters) so you may not easily find the hotel. You better have a car for that hotel because it is on the outer ring of Sofia. The external look of the Hotel is very bad.When I arrived according the instructions of my gps I thought I was wrong,i saw a big Green building looking like a Motel, so I called the reception for instructions but they assured me that I was at the right place, what a disappointment for the moment.But very soon I changed my mint when entering the Hotel. Unattended spa center, well set room but with low quality materials used. Nothing. Nothing. It is not a four star hotel. It is three star. Location is a little bit far to the city center. But no problem. By taxi it costs only 5-6 Leva. Spa is paid ! Only swimming pool and the fitness is included the price. Diner at the restaurant. The veal steik was badly cooked and the salad was served without bread. When we requested some bread the waiter told us that they had to make it. He brought 2 bread rolls after 10 minutes. Expensive extra cost to use sauna and steam room. Most of the items on the menu were not available, you would be safer bungee jumping with the calamari than eating it. Stay here but don't eat here. not enough hangers in wardrobe.wet room floor was slippery when wet cost of use of juccusie steam room sauna could have been in the priceother than that great hotel great value. If you have teenagers who want to explore the city nightlife chose a hotel in the city centre. Quality of all is average: food at the restaurant, room amenities etc. Nothing. nothing. They provide just bath ropes instead of towels but I would suggest them anyway. nothing. On the hotel is the name written in Cyrillic language, so it is hard to find it. Nothing. Location is not the best. Also, the name is written in Bulgarian so it's not easy to find it.
