  We booked a regular double room for 6 nights, but got an upgrade for the suite instead (no extra charge!) due to room planning issues. The suite was lovely. One staff member speaks french quite well, the other staff members a little english. Breakfast was very nice, enough choice and sometimes alternating extras. Coffee seemed freshly ground. Breakfast could - Great location in the old town of Plovdiv. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Clean large room ( room with 8 windows!), large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic with choice of cooked, fruit or selection of cold meats, cheeses, yogurts etc.

  Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George). The Park View Hotel was better for half the pr - Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies) Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.

  Hotel was lovely but be careful ther is 3 bus station when bookin this hotel we saw revievs close to bus station make sure you get the right on on our arrivel to plovdiv we got to the wrong bus station anyway it wasnt a problem people were very friendly we walk 2k but it ok my husband and I are use to walking the hotel great location plovdiv a lov... vad folk säger » ely city we did an english speaking walking tour we found a lovely resturent calld hemmingway its on the main centre a little above avarage price but - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

  Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.
