  We found everything to be of high quality and exceeded our expectations. The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful throughout. The location was perfect for our ski holiday and useful to have a ski depot for storage of equipment. Friendly and efficient staff, who responded adequately to all my requests. Spacious parking area in front of the hotel. Highly recommending Kamelia Complex to anyone visiting Pamporovo.

  I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help and support in organising our recent skiing holiday. Every thing ran like clockwork and we all had a fantastic time. The hog roast was a wonderful idea.... we met and chatted to loads of very friendly people.... the food was excellent and the so was the falling down water!!!!
