  Staying at this hotel was a very good surprise. The rooms are in excellent condition, very well equipped and functional. Mine was quite large, with a sofa and a desk as well. The bathroom was spotless and looked like new. The staff was friendly. There were several options for breakfast (in my case included in the price). The rooms are tidy and clean. It is super-close to the NDK (the national palace of culture) and to some very good restaurants, so it's a perfect venue if you are traveling for a conference. The value for money is very good.

The apartment had unlimited hot water which was a real plus given the cold weather.   We booked two apartments for our holiday and both times we were very happy and satisfied with the accomodation and the personell. The staff is friendly and provided us with loads of helpful information regarding the city and the neighbourhood. Everything we needed - supermarkets, subway stations, places to eat, etc, was within walking distance. What was very imp - The staff were friendly and prompt in all communication. They turned up promptly with the keys and went out of their way to ensure our 5 year- old daughter had an adequate bed (as opposed to the baby cot other places were offering!). The flat was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the location perfect for shopping and eating in town. Excellent value for money. We will definitely visit again.
