  Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. Having a kitchenette was a blessing. The staff spoke English very well, and were helpful and approachable about taxi and restaurant bookings. The first night of my stay I got back to the room after a walk in the city and someone came and closed the curtains, cleaned a little bit and turned on the radio on a nice jazz channel.
