  staying in the mountains was very quiet and peacefull, but only a short taxi ride to the main resort,very friendly staff, good food and great facilities pool and spa treatments etc. - The staff were very friendly and the facilities were brilliant.   Kindergarten/daycare provider was great. Massage room, providers were great. Nice swimming pool, nice hot tub. Good children's TV channels. Great food at the restaurant, great prices. - The Hotel is very close to the Gondola Yastrebetz , in the middle of Borovets ,the rooms are clean and with luxury design

  Very nice personel, no problem with speaking in english. Rooms very clean and comfortable, everything looks nice and is new. in kitchen aneks there was even everything which is needed to cook. Hotel is very close to ski lift and center of the city. Strongly recommend. - I stayed at this hotel again which means the hotel has a good quality.   Clean,nice staff although poor language command. - The staff was great. Unfortuatley the restaurant did not have most of the food items that were listed on the menu. Also I thought I paid on line, but upon arrival was told that the payment did not happen and I needed to pay there in cash directly to the apartment owner - that was a bit unexpected... vad folk säger » and confusing.
