  staying in the mountains was very quiet and peacefull, but only a short taxi ride to the main resort,very friendly staff, good food and great facilities pool and spa treatments etc. - The staff were very friendly and the facilities were brilliant.   Very good for its price. Nice hospitable barkeepers, clean, large enough rooms. Suites with two separate bedrooms would be great for family with children. It isn't located near the slope but main gondola lift is about 300 meters, and main slopes about 7-10 minutes walking. Because of this it's much more quiet than other hotels but still very close... vad folk säger » to the lifts. Also, in Borovets there're no any hotels exactly on the slope, so you need to walk 3-5-10 minutes to lift from every hotel. Breakfast i - Hotel Ela is ideally located close to the Gondola lift and the village centre. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was included which gave a great start to the day. Could not fault hotel at all.

  Clean facilities. Appartment kitchen equiped. Appartment is cleaned each day. Good space. We took 2 appartments next to each other. Studio (for Parents) & Single bedroom (for 3 children). The resturant of Flora hotel is very good. Both for Breakfast and Dinner (cost extra, but less than eating out side). It was close to the main road and about 5 minutes walk to the piste. We stayed at the Clover Apartment. Very comfortable to come back to after a hard day on the piste! Wifi wasn't working the first day, but it was quickly resolved.

  Very modern hotel tucked in a quiet location near the old centre of Borovets. Nicely furnished and spacious rooms offering all amenities needed for a comfortable stay.   Very nice personel, no problem with speaking in english. Rooms very clean and comfortable, everything looks nice and is new. in kitchen aneks there was even everything which is needed to cook.   The hotel is located in pine mountain, with excellent view from the room. It is very modern equipped, and very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also the spa centar is very nice. - Quiet place hotel, ideal for taking the rest after spending the days hiking in the mountains.

  Clean,nice staff although poor language command. - The staff was great. Unfortuatley the restaurant did not have most of the food items that were listed on the menu. Also I thought I paid on line, but upon arrival was told that the payment did not happen and I needed to pay there in cash directly to the apartment owner - that was a bit unexpected... vad folk säger » and confusing.

  There are many untruths in the reviews submitted by the previous guests (E.G. lack of hair dryer, no slippers, no space for disposal of the ski equipment, payable sauna and steam bath, unpleasant staff, poor food, etc.) and I feel responsible to deny. All compliments for the polite and attentive staff. Hygiene and other services are appropr - I loved the size of the room we had acres of space ! It was warm the bed was comfortable. We were facing the ski slopes to early to ski as out of season . Staff helpful attentive . Enjoyed our stay would stay again if the price was right !
