I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfas

We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff.
The design of the rooms is very modern.
We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.

The hotel was excellent: the girl from reception gave us useful tips, the cleaning was every day, the rooms were big and also with kitchen accessories (just like in the pictures). From my point of view it's the best report quality/price. Totally recommend it! -

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa
facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it
was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves. It is near to the
road up the mountain where there are fantastic views, as well as near
the ski lift. -

The hotel is well positioned, although the small distance to the gondola is not a direct way, as you have to go around, on the bridge, to pass. Still, there is a free shuttle available, which takes you there in 1 minute. The breakfast is very good and tasty. The spa service is included in the room price. -

We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it. There is no elevator, wehad 1st floor apartment it was ok but if you are higher up and withsmall children

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio

We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.
