  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfas... vad folk säger » t, Bulgarian breakfast, banica, mekici, white cheese, cheddar, salaams, some veggies and fruits etc. I was very satisfied with everything and did not - We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.   The hotel is well positioned, although the small distance to the gondola is not a direct way, as you have to go around, on the bridge, to pass. Still, there is a free shuttle available, which takes you there in 1 minute. The breakfast is very good and tasty.   We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it.   We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... vad folk säger » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.   The superior studio where I stayed w/ kids 10 and 15 yrs old, and my two parents were excellent...The furniture, the beds, the kitchen..the heating in the studio..
