A very pleasant hotel with the friendliest owners I have met. Had a great time, the traditional meals were very tasty and very cheap, the wine was excellent. Not very far from the gondola. The sauna and the jacuzzi were very relaxing and the wifi was working great. - Good position, lovely owners, great value.

i really liked the staff and owner of the hotel.they are very very friendly and helpful about everything.the room was clean and they cleaned it every day.breakfast was great.also we had no problem with heating.if you are skiing, hotel is 5-10 minute walk from lift, for that price of hotel, i could walk 1 hour to lift :D -

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio

We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). The restaurant offers excellent food with domestic specialities. Do not miss this. The rooms are unique in design, each one on its own. They are decorated with a professional touch of both modern and artistic (wooded) elements blended to create a nice impression, in contrast to the surrounding picturesque mountains.

I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our
stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in
to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our
transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine,
biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and
