  I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped.   Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. The lady in charge with the cleaning c - value for money - excellent; the hotel is located on the second row of buildings on the main promanade of balchik, close to the beaches,restaurants and Queen Mary's palace. very well placed. the staff is very friendly, trying to help and the service is very good. the rooms are rather modest, but clean, furniture is new an also the bathrooms are newly renovated. breakfast is good and they have a nice terrase where one could stay for breakfast and also in the evenings for a drink.the aircondition

  Very close to the sea side, the restaurants area - only few minutes. Max. 10 min walk to the beach. The receptionist friendly but low english knowledge. Free parking place, clean room. Balchik: lovely place for few relaxing days in couple.

  Very clean, quiet, big rooms. The pool area is very nice and you feel like you're in a mountain resort surrounded by forests. Located very close to the gardens of romanian queen Maria . - the food, the price for itand the kindness of the personnel were very satisfying.

My sister (55 y.0.) stayed for 4 days here, asked a lot of help for diverse personal difficulties and said everybody was incredible nice and helpful. Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.

  The staff is very nice. I was worried about the car but they gave us a parking slot inside the yard. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian.   We booked two rooms in this hotel for a weekend with friends. It has a great location, by the sea side, on the boardwalk, great view with the sea. Very quiet, the apartments are treated as small houses with ground (tv, fridge, coach) and floor (bedroom, toilet), both with balcony. They are modest in furniture, some things missing in the bathroom, ... vad folk säger » but overall they are cleaned and great for a few hours sleep. The hotel has its own pool (small but great for kids) and a restaurant (excellent) and t - staff location right by the sea front breakfast included (although the selection isn't very varied)
