  This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated which can be difficult to find in Bulgaria!... vad folk säger » I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. - Excellent location right in the Balchik marina.   I liked everything - starting with the fabulous location - literally next door with the Balcic castle (and our suit actually looked into the castle's gardens), going on to the sea that was just below the balcony, the huge room and equally huge bathroom, the luxurious suit... Simply fantastic. - Excellent rooms, VERY comfy beds and pillows. Large ... vad folk säger » bath in the bedroom so you can have a soak and watch TV or listen to music on the 100-or-so TV channels. Full-size walk-in shower with good water pressure. Right on the promenade and the boardwalk. Spa treatments were amazing!

  Very clean, quiet, big rooms. The pool area is very nice and you feel like you're in a mountain resort surrounded by forests. Located very close to the gardens of romanian queen Maria . - the food, the price for itand the kindness of the personnel were very satisfying.

My sister (55 y.0.) stayed for 4 days here, asked a lot of help for diverse personal difficulties and said everybody was incredible nice and helpful. Nice indoor pool, prefect private beach and nice spa too :) I would recommend it for all people for relaxation, and especially to those not very used with international travel as the staff is very supportive.

  The staff is very nice. I was worried about the car but they gave us a parking slot inside the yard. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian.   The staff were really helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle in our room and we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Organized taxi to take us back to the airport. Great location with access to beach. - Nice, clean rooms, helpful staff, next to the beach, within walking distance from the restaurants and pubs.
