  The owner and his family were very helpful, spoke English, made sure I was OK and drove me to the airport the next day. The food was very good. I had a shopka salad and kebabchis. The gardens and restaurant very nicely laid out and welcoming.   Reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Our executive double room was fantastic! Big comfy beds. Clean bedding and towels every day. Big balcony. Nice bathroom/wetroom. The Park View Hotel was better for half the pr - Great hotel. Very helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are very spacious (some with balconies) Very clean. Bathroom is big with excellent shower. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Plovdiv airport is very close, about 10 minutes away, and the hotel is very easy to find, just one right turn from the airport. The hotel also has a 1st class restaurant. Would highly recommend.

  Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George).   Hotel was lovely but be careful ther is 3 bus station when bookin this hotel we saw revievs close to bus station make sure you get the right on on our arrivel to plovdiv we got to the wrong bus station anyway it wasnt a problem people were very friendly we walk 2k but it ok my husband and I are use to walking the hotel great location plovdiv a lov... vad folk säger » ely city we did an english speaking walking tour we found a lovely resturent calld hemmingway its on the main centre a little above avarage price but - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

[We were a group of 7 people--question 2 above did not cover it; and we were in Plovdiv for a wedding.] The Hotel Exotic was a great choice for us. - The hotel is good, the pool is also good.   Perfection!!! That describes our two night stay at Hotel Hebros. Wonderfully located in the old historic center of Plovdiv, the building itself has a great history.   Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.

  The location is great if you're coming in or out of the city through the north bus station. The staff was very nice and everything was in good condition. It is a nice place to stay in Plovdiv. - The staff were really friendly and the conditions were very good. I would say- excellent value for the money given.

  This is a simple *** hotel - but it is quite clean, staff is helpful. Air conditioning was working properly. It is far from the city center and from the Old Town, but it can be quite good for people travelling by car and just visit Plovdiv to get an overall impression of the city. - Very friendly staff.
