Internet worked, service in restaurants was perfect, front desk was very helpful, bellhops were helpful, price was great etc. - I loved location, staff was very friendly, rooms are big, spacious and modern.   All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel. People outside the hotel don't speak English. - Great location if you want to hang around in Lapa. Very close to the metro station so you can easily go to Copacabana and Ipanema as well.   Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf! If you want to visit Ipanema may take a taxi, walk or rent a bycicle half block from the hotel. If i go back to Rio I will stay in Windsor Atlan - Amazing views of Copacabana beach and Christ the Redeemer statue on Corcovado mtn. From 33rd floor corner room. (Request a high floor for best views). There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean, quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is excellent, friendly and almost all speak English.

  Staffs are really friendly and aware. They completely know the city and help people. In terms of breakfast, I should say, in a word amazing. The access to the beach is good.   The staff was excellent and very helpful, there was always at least one English speaking employee at the front desk, access to the Metro (subway) and bus lines was a piece of cake, and our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious.   I was upgraded to an ocean view room. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view - as had the gym and the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was excellent, as would be expected for a hotel of its level. The gym was very well equipped. Location is excellent - right across from the beach.   Fantastic hotel and close to Copacabana beach and other attractions. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was really good too and the room was nice and the bathroom was great also. Nice pool at the top of the hotel too and view. - It was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
