All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business
hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow
taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the
meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel
plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel. I

Great location if you want to hang around in Lapa. Very close to the metro station so you can easily go to Copacabana and Ipanema as well. The staff has been very helpful and let us check in much in advance. Thank you!

We loved the staff at the Ipanema Inn. Everyone there spoke English and were extremely helpful in finding excursions, transportation, food etc.. We had a large group of 6 (2 seniors and 2 children under 9) which made for
... vad folk säger » some difficult logistics when traveling and the staff here made everything easy. Breakfast buffet was amazing and you can walk to the beach. Hotel provides umbrella and towels to chill on the beach for free. This is a great place to stay and will do it again. -
Hotel staff very attentative and helpful. Probably the best value for
money in the area. Breakfast simple but sufficient. Same as the rooms.
Although I stayed in a room with street view, there is no noise.
Definitely a good option for those who want good location and good
service without being ripped off. -
The hotel has been refurbished, is clean, comfortable and the staff and breakfast are great. It is close to shopping, restaurants and close to the beach. Most of the staff speak English. We had a spacious family suite with a terrace and beach view. Also, the a/c unit was quiet and the shower was good too.

Exelent english speaking service in hotel! Balcony in every room. Location, 50m to Copacabana beach and 150m to Ipanema beach. - Very clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet and very helpful staff.

Easy free collection from airport,the courtesy phone is easily spot able as you exit terminal 1 or 2 arrivals. The shuttle arrived promptly the check in staff were excellent. Fantastic hotel, great staff.
All the staff here spoke fantastic english, and really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled!
They provided a driver service to take us to copacabana beach for the day, which was much cheaper than a normal taxi.
They also allowed us to take a shower and use hotel towels etc before our flight home, even though we had already checked out.
Service here was exemplary I would recommend it to anybody
