  Reception staff couldn't have been more helpful and always with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Swimming pool on the roof was nice and clean. Room was clean, very quiet and had good air con ensuring a good sleep after a hectic day at the beach. The location was safe and near many restaurants bars and a short walk to the market/bus station to get to the beaches. - Excellent location in Centro and close to bus station.   Good location within centro but probably not an area of Florianapolis you would stay in for long as its not really close to main beaches. Overall, a very comfortable stay.   Some great staff on site that really went out of there way to make us feel welcome and help us arrange activities - unfortunately, I did not like it at all. the views were pretty, though, from our room and from the pool. staff was nice.

  To us the hotel was perfect! Very friendly staff, great service! Clean big and comforable rooms. Great breakfast and dinner - different menu everyday (5 dinners), big selection and tasty.
