  It's one of the recently renovated hotels and for the price you pay it's excellent value. Great location (5-10 min walk from the affluent streets) , breakfast is great, staff is polite and helpful. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP. So, I cherish it. - Nice old style house with old... vad folk säger » and beautiful furniture.   Location is fantastic! Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi cabs have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv. There was a sink as well. Nice closet space and good size bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom but that was not a problem for me. Weekends are much ... vad folk säger » cheaper than weekdays. Parking and breakfast was included in my stay. I did not try the restaurant that is next to the hotel (where breakfast is serve - Best Value and Location‎ I stayed there before and after the remodeling.... The rooms are all ready now, the pool and reception areas should be completed by Jan... Great location (best area in Sao Paulo for Shopping/walking distance), restaurants, service, free Internet wifi, and fantastic value... The newly remodeled rooms are something...queen size beds typical of what you find in the US, large LCD, and perfect for long term stays. Should now be rated 4 stars Book now..... Enjoy

  I loved the location. A couple of blocks from busy Avenida Paulista. Staff is very corteous with the exception of the girl who works the morning shift. Breakfast is good! Close to Oscar Freire and marvelous restaurants. Much to do closed to hotel and located near the subway! - Comfortable and clean and in a great location.   I booked a junior suite. They gave me a room from the top floor. It has great city view, clean and enough comfortable. The location of hotel is really good. I had time just in the evenings. It was possible to go short trips by foot. For muslims, there is also halal restaurants just a few minutes away by taxi. - location is good if you need to be ... vad folk säger » in the city center. Easy to walk out and strawl over the Paulista avenue and backroads. The area feels relatively safe, mostly because of the big crowd. Room was good, Hotel is a business hotel which would not be misplaced in any metropolis. Not exeptional, just good.
