  Leila and Luiz are fantastic hosts. They make you feel at home in their house and help out willingly and effectively. The location is very unique, located between the city center and South part of town, it's possible to reach any part of Rio quickly. 10 minute walks lead you to busses, a very famous statue or an often filmed and safe favela. I felt lucky to have come across this lovely family residence before they become to popular. I felt a welcome guest of the family rather than a customer. Leo & Leila went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant and accommodating as possible. I very much look forward to coming back hear in the futcher.

  Even before we left the UK our host Isobel was most welcoming arranging pick up at the airport. We woke up the next morning to the most amazing view and fantastic breakfast on the veranda. There is no better view anywhere in Santa Theresa. The building is 60's art deco with a great conservatory with views for when it gets cooler. Would thoroughly recommend. - I am a regular visitor to Rio, the views from Rio Panoramic are the best I have seen, absolutely stunning! Set in the hills of Santa Theresa, this beautiful house has been lovingly restored and furnished and decorated with great taste.

  The hosts were very welcoming, with much good advice about how to get around and where to visit. The location was great, with a stunning view across the city and the perfect place to explore the Santa Teresa district and the historic city.   We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. Priscilla, Juliana and Dyego were always helpful and... vad folk säger » had great suggestions for places to eat, tours, and even a laundromat. We really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values
