  It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. If you prefer not to walk, there are a bunch of buses rightoutisde hotel that will take you to Avenida Paulista and beyond (E.G.,university ar... vad folk säger » ea).So, the location is fine. - It was a big disappointment - I had expected a clean, confortable, friendly hotel and found nothing of that. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

Breakfast was good with a very acceptable range of cold meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, juices and sweets, plus a variable hot option along with omlettes to order.   The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use.   The best location ever to be in Sao Paulo: a few steps walking from Paulista avenue, Mall Patio Paulista and subway stations. EXCELLENT. Services and accommodations are great. - This was probably the best hotel I have stayed in sp. And I have been to many other hotels. This was good value, modern, bright. The room was huge. Breakfast was good.
