  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. - The staff were excellent.   I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. - nice buffet breakfast fridge and microwave close to diners 3 blocks from metro

  The staff is amazing! Very polite ! They do every thing, with a smile . - Very nice view, very nice neigbouhhood, nice gym room. Overall, would stay there again everytime I travel to São Paulo.
