  I was upgraded to an ocean view room. The room was very comfortable and quiet with a magnificent view - as had the gym and the breakfast terrace. Breakfast was excellent, as would be expected for a hotel of its level. The gym was very well equipped. Location is excellent - right across from the beach. He was genuine and sincere of our needs and surprised us with champagne when he found out it was our 20 years wedding anniversary. We remember him out of the many hotels we visited to four countries in our first South America trip. Because of his outstanding customer service, I will be recommending your hotel to my wide network:)

  From the second we walked through the door our experience was amazing. The staff were so helpful and checked us in early, we had purchased a room with executive level access (well worth it as there is an open bar and lots of snacks/food available during the day free of charge!) and were upgraded to a suite with spectacular views of Copacabana Beac... vad folk säger » h. Great location, excellent facilities including lounge chairs on the beach. All inclusive mini bar, late check out. We only stayed one night at the - Friendly and helpful staff. We had mentioned on the 'special request' of the booking form that the reason of the trip was for a special birthday. In our room we found a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne courtesy of the hotel which was a very nice gesture. Spacious reception area fantastic sea view if you get any of the front rooms perfect location very good housekeeping service

Room was large and clean, A/C worked a treat, a large and clean en suite, comfortable beds and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay.   Excellent location - right across from beach (hotel had its own tent for guests) and flea market; good service in restaurant/room service; free internet - Very well located towards Ipanema end of Copacabana. View from front rooms is the classic postcard shot of Copa beach. This comes at a cost though as traffic noise from Av Atlantica is load and c... vad folk säger » onstant.   The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff. - good location, clean, tidy and comfortable for the price, helpful staff
