The rooms were very very comfortable with the most up to date technology, beautiful bathrooms, and most importantly, very clean. 2. The Flamengo area is a great in Rio de Janeiro to stay, where you can stay at a great hotel, but not pay the price as you would in Copacabana or Ipanema.   Very professional, helpful staff. Enormous room with jacuzzi and a walk-in shower that doubles as a steam room. Very acceptable level of noise in my street-facing room. Good wifi in the public areas. - Really nice bedroom! Bath and shower are awesome!

  All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel. People outside the hotel don't speak English. - Great location if you want to hang around in Lapa. Very close to the metro station so you can easily go to Copacabana and Ipanema as well.
