  Att det låg precis på rätt ställe, nära till allt. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma med bl.a utflykter. - excellent position in the middle of Copacabana beach, very friendly staff (almost all of them speaking english), clean rooms at a good price - I am a regular visitor.

  Professionalism of staff-English speaking staff at front desk 24 hours daily during our stay-Dec.18-21,2013. My wife suddenly became ill during the middle of the night and the staff directed us to a 24 hour clinic only two blocks away with an English speaking Doctor leaving us very satisfied with the service provided by the hotel and the clinic. -... vad folk säger » The reception staff spoke English and were very helpul in advising and assisting with tours, bookings of taxis and general advice. The room staff were very efficient and the restaurant was great with both breakfasts, and al a carte meals for dinner. The location, one street back from the beach at Copacobana was excellent.

  Great hotel very helpful and friendly staff. Good location only a couple of blocks to the beach. Would return without fail if I was to visit again on Copocabana Beach.   - The receipton staff was fantastically helpful in a couple of ways (and most of them spoke fantastic English) - the Copacabana is only 5 minutes walk away (and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel) - house keeping was very fast and efficient - the breakfast buffet was really good (just stay away from the coffee - this ta... vad folk säger » stes aweful) - Great location near beach, restaurants, fast food kfc etc, shops, drugstores and stores. Pleasant helpful staff. Gym not tops if you are into that. Pool not exactly clean but that`s same most places in Rio. Room very comfortable and clean. Bedding not tops but it`s what you pay for. Price reasonable comparatively speaking.

  Dont let the reviews fool you, this is actually one of the better hotels in Copacabana for the price! We stayed in several 4 star (expensive) hotels that were not any better!!! - I was on the suite azul was so nice the room was big enought and the privat piscine was just perfect with the weather of rio ! Ill get back for my next trip ;)

  The welcome at the front desk and the contact with all of the staff was excellent. Extremely helpful and provided suggestions as to the museums we should visit.   The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff. - good location, clean, tidy and comfortable for the price, helpful staff
