From the second we walked through the door our experience was amazing.
The staff were so helpful and checked us in early, we had purchased a
room with executive level access (well worth it as there is an open bar
and lots of snacks/food available during the day free of charge!)
and were upgraded to a suite with spectacular views of Copacabana Beac

Great location, excellent facilities including lounge chairs on the
beach. All inclusive mini bar, late check out. We only stayed one night
at the -
Friendly and helpful staff. We had mentioned on the 'special
request' of the booking form that the reason of the trip was for a
special birthday. In our room we found a birthday cake and a bottle of
champagne courtesy of the hotel which was a very nice gesture. Spacious
reception area fantastic sea view if you get any of the front rooms

Mycket trevlig personal. - Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff and great little breakfast with great coffee. - Very good location, great breakfast, Wifi that works in the rooms, Helpful staff. very comfortable rooms. Able to book at short notice on line and extend our stay easily.
