  Friendly staff, nice amenities like beach towels, the breakfast was excellent, lots of fresh fruit and baked pastry options. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was safe and near many restaurants bars and a short walk to the market/bus station to get to the beaches. - Excellent location in Centro and close to bus station.   Good location within centro but probably not an area of Florianapolis you would stay in for long as its not really close to main beaches. Overall, a very comfortable stay.   Some great staff on site that really went out of there way to make us feel welcome and help us arrange activities - unfortunately, I did not like it at all. the views were pretty, though, from our room and from the pool. staff was nice.

  Helpful staff, always can find somebody speaking English. Very nice beach and hotel facilities there (chairs, umbrellas). Sauna and fitness are also OK. - Great location, the room we had was on top floor and seaview: amazing. Excellent breakfast, excellent dinner.
