  Loved the heated pool and the size of the place, it was like having your own apartment for the night. - I enjoyed the breakfast being brought to my room. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

  Staff were friendly and helpful even though we spoke no Portuguese. The hotel is organised very well, very clean and safe. We went for Carnaval, it was the perfect location for transportation links or walking to the many parties. Despite the street parties close by, the hotel is located just far enough to not hear anything at night and in the morn... vad folk säger » ing you wake up to a lovely clean street! The air conditioning is perfect. - Value for money in Rio, WiFi always worked in my room, Breakfast was good and delivered to my room. Around the corner from Rio Scenarium, an excellent nightclub with live bands. The Rio Metro is within walking distance and can take you anywhere for less than US$2.

  Helpful English speaking guy at the reception, good transportation to the center, good breakfast comparing with the similar standard hotels in Brasil - The English speaking guy Gabriel was a life saver as we couldn't have got anything done without him to translate, I think he might have just been there for Carnaval though. The Price was very budg... vad folk säger » et friendly and was exactly as advertised and as other reviewers have said. It is easy to get into the centre by train but takes about 45 minutes-an hour. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but there was really good coffee and amazing fresh juices.

  The price was great, stores in the area was wonderful, close to the Madureira Subway train station (4km). Lots of Hot water was great, bed and shower was large.
