  The service was excellent in every area of the hotel , including the peripheral services such as Hair Salon, Mens barber shop, and taxi availability from the Hotel. The Ladies Spa was outstanding complete with indoor pool, steam, dry sauna, jacuzzi, facials, pedicures, massages, lockers, change areas, aromatherapy and more. Room Service was efficient a - Both my wife and I enjoyed using the spa facilities at the hotel. By using these facilities we were able to stay at the hotel until 6:00 pm (Fri) for checking out which was really helpful. The heated pool and bar adjacent was also very pleasant.

  Personally, I liked the location of the hotel in the city of "Busaiteen" which is a quiet and nice place . The rooms are big, spacious and clean. There are no bars or prostitutions in the hotel or in the areas beside. The food is good to some extents. In general, this hotel is the best choice for families to stay in Bahrain. Usually places like this would not actually provide fully equiped chitcken that you can use for cooking, but this one did! The staff were great even though they seem to be a bit lost (but to be fair the hotel just opened few days ago). The pool was good. The parking was available in the basement but you have to navigate to find the elevators.

  As a Mother on my own with three teenage children the hotel looked after us exceptionally well. Being westerners in a Muslim country they brought us room service for our breakfast and lunch and opened up the pool and the gym to keep the kids occupied as most of the Malls were closed.   I loved the views. The room had a panorama sea view and the rooftop view was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the wifi was fast.
