Great Great Great. Huge surprise to find such an apartment while you are on a tight budget. We were two friends and found this apartment extremly comfortable for our needs. Everything was in place, clean, modern, well furnished, fully equipped kitchen, staff were effective prior and during our stay- Dont think twice before booking. In Wien the most important factor is to be close to an underground station, and this apartment is just a 20 second walk from the exit of the U to the apartment thres.
alla recensioner » Excellent communication with the management company, with helpful information on how to get to the apartment from the airport. We arrived a bit later than we originally estimated, so we called them and the staff was happy to re-arrange the time for the pick-up of keys. The apartment is clean and spacious (okay, the toilet is the smallest I've seen ever!), well equipped and pretty comfortable. We had the appartment at Ruedengasse 19. It has a separate, but small bedroom, which is a very nice feature when you're more than 2 people. It has free wifi, nicely equipped kitchen... Very good location - right next to U-bahn station; 1-2km from the highway; Parking opportunities in the area surrounding the apartment - free of charge during the weekend and at night. Apartment clean and nicely decorated very modern, in a quiet area. Great value for money. We liked a convenient location. I liked the location. Almost everthing. location... Very clear and comfortable with all necessary equipment you need at home. the apartment is nice and big. Location, enough space. Booking and availability of kitchen appliances. Our apartment is on the top (third) floor, but there is no lift in the building. It's fine for us, but it might be a bit tricky for people with problem climbing up stairs. The air-heating equipment in the room is rather noisy, especially when you try to sleep at night. It does keep us warm though, and we can just use a good pair of earplugs to remedy that... it wasn't as clean as I would have expected; it was tolerable for 2 nights, but wouldn't stay longer than that;. Looks can be deceiving from the outside, the hallway of the building run down. We had no information that the apartment was on 4th floor, it was quite difficult to climb after exsausted days and also with our baggage on 1st and last days. Bathroom Window looking to a hallway. In immigrant settled part of the city. staff, facilities,location, they charge extra 30 uero for cleaning. No elevator, could be more clean. Take time and international call after arrival at the gate of apartment to find out where the key is. For long period of staying, the company did not provide enough tissue, shampoo, and shower gel. Noise from other apartments (during night people were shouting like hell). Distance from metro stations.
