We stayed in one of the Edelhof Aparment whose the building is settled in a safe and quite street, 6 min walking to the U-Bahn number 6. Not very central, but with a great value for money! We were very happy almost with everythingt. Bright living room with comfortable sofas; fully equipped kitchen (but no basics provided), fully operating bathroom. Wide bedroom with a walk-in closet. We feel at home. Very safe,. and indipendent. The apartment was clean enough and we found some instructions abou.

The location is okay which the metro is 10 min walking away from the hotel. the apartment got everything you need. they provided towel, dish- washing machine, pan, bowl, fork etc. which is good. there is also a very nice restaurant near by called ROMA. It was superbly located near a restaurant piazza and outdoor market, so perfect if you want to cook for yourself or enjoy the alfresco eating scene. The room was clean... didn't see the staff except once to collect payment. Great internet connection. Gorgeous building. Everything was perfect. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The location is quite far from the city center, but you can use the public transport. You can reach the center in a few minutes with the tram and metro. We took Supperior one bedroom appartments, which turned out to be quite suitable for us. All necessary kitchen facilities were there except pan. But staff brought it to us as soon as we asked them. The location is perfect for me as my friends live in the district. The rooms very very cleaan. The price is super, despite all the drawbacks of the apt, I would stay there another time!. I liked the apartment, it was comfortable and good value for the price. Also, the metro station is close and you can park the car in the street for free. The Location was excellent, 1 min walk to the Tram (No 40 or 41) which take you to U-Bahn. The apartment was clean and tidy. It contains all the necessary equipment, the heater and hot water worked well. Internet was good . The location was good, easy reach to the center of Vienna and free parking space outside. The day after our arrival, a guy came to pick up the payment, but did not seem very accommodating nor welcoming. Further, we were not able to turn on the heaters and there were no instructions about it. The photos shown on the website are much nicer than the apartment. I was first disappointed about it but since it is clean and the bed is comfortable so I am satisfy. there are no reception in the hotel which you will need to contact the staff by e-mail. but they usually replied before the next morning which is ok. Dishwasher was full but clean... annoyed that I had to empty it. Tried to contact owner a few times re parking and took almost a day to respond, as letsbookhotel.com said parking 'on site' but there is only street parking available and it's not guaranteed. At the beginning, couldn't find toilet :-). There was no lock on the bathroom door. The appartment was on the ground floor with rooms facing the wall of the next building. There was very littleday light in the rooms, very dark and due to the ground floor it was rather humid. Room a bit dusty in contrast of the relatively high price of cleaning. The bedroom is small. The furnitures are old. Not easy to find a parking place. it was a little problem with water disposal in the bathroom of 19 apartment. I didnt like the fact that you dont have a reception. The young men working there is really unfriendly. the washing machine was not working. The kitchen electricity was in another end of the kitchen but the oven and microwave on the other without electricity so one had to use an excension cord which run through the kitchen. The shower head was very poor and there were hardly any water for shower. Also one could hear the neigbour cooking and brushing his teeth as if he was in our apartment. The staff is not very kind. There is no reception and they forgot to report some important information, like how to open the the hall door. Sqeeky bathtub Improvised kitchen. Almost impossible to park a car. Nearest paid parking around 1 km.
