Located in Oetz, Berghaus Drei Tannen is in the heart of the ski and hiking areas Hochoetz and Ochsengarten. It offers Tyrolean-style rooms with a balcony or terrace overlooking the mountains. The Piburg swimming lake is the warmest lake in Tyrol and is a 30-minute drive away. Guests can also get active in the on-site fitness centre or relax after a long day on the slopes in the sauna or infrared cabin. Berghaus Drei Tannen features an on-site ski school with cross-country, snowboard and alpine ski rental. Guided ski hiking tours and snow shoe hikes are organised on request. The ski bus stops a few metres from the property. Parking is free.
